The form asks for your name, email address, optional telephone number, session preferences and the message you choose to provide.

Why it is collected

The information helps Jess Hadley Photography understand and respond to your enquiry. It is not included in website analytics.

How it is sent

The website creates a pre-filled email addressed to jessicahadleyphotography@gmail.com in your device’s email application. The website does not send or store the form details itself. The information leaves your device only when you choose to send the email through your own email provider.
